§ Mr. KirkhopeMy private secretary replied to the hon. Member's letter on 8 January. The allegations that Alan and Michael Guy were wrongfully convicted are currently being reviewed and I hope to be able to send the hon. Member a substantive reply to his letters about this case very soon.
