Mr. Redmond

To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will launch a publicity campaign to raise the awareness of breast cancer in older women, with particular reference to breast screen tests; and if he will make a statement. [8428]

Mr. Horam

The national breast screening programme, with Age Concern, has launched an educational drive to inform women aged 65 and over of the importance of continued breast awareness and about their right to request breast screening every three years.

Mr. Redmond

To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will list those health authorities who currently refuse to breast screen women aged 65 years and over. [8427]

Mr. Horam

There are no such authorities.
