§ Sir Nicholas BonsorThe EU administrator's diplomatic adviser briefed officials on the situation in Mostar at a meeting of the EU ad hoc working group on the former Yugoslavia on 10 January.
The EU's mandate to administer Mostar expires on 23 July 1996.
