§ Mr. HanleyResponsibility for co-ordinating action among member states following the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Auckland in relation to the good governance rests with the Commonwealth's ministerial action group established in Auckland for which the Commonwealth Secretary-General and his staff provide support. The Foreign Minister of Zimbabwe agreed at the group's first meeting on 20 December 1995 to chair the group. My right hon. and learned Friend the Foreign Secretary is a member of the group.
