§ Mr. AncramI have been advised by the FEC that it has no evidence that the named bodies are submitting inaccurate monitoring returns. In common with all registered concerns, these bodies are required to submit annual monitoring returns to the FEC, in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1989 and the Fair Employment (Monitoring) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1989.
