§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonNewchurch and Company is providing financial advice in connection with private finance exploration on only two projects in Scotland:
- Hairmyres and Stonehouse NHS Trust—new district general hospital
- Dumfries and Galloway Acute and Maternity NHS Trust—day case and maternity unit.
Both contracts were awarded following a competitively tendered process. The values are not known centrally as this is a commercial agreement between the trust and Newchurch.
