Whether they are now in a position to give a fuller answer to the Question answered by Baroness Chalker of Wallasey on 18 December (H.L. Deb., col. WA 121) concerning a meeting between officials from the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Russia, held at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in October 1995 about the reinterpretation of the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty.
