To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will estimate(a) the number and proportion of invalidity benefit claimants in 1994–95 with therapeutic earnings, (b) the current number and proportion of incapacity benefit claimants with therapeutic earnings which are still subject to the rules which applied before 13 April 1995 and (c) the current number and proportion of incapacity benefit claimants with therapeutic earnings.
