§ Mr. WattsThe inquiry into ticketing irregularities on LTS Rail is being undertaken by the independent Rail Regulator, using his powers under section 58 of the Railways Act 1993. It is for him to decide whether and how the results of the inquiry might be made public. The Rail Regulator has said that he will make a statement once the investigation has been completed.
