§ Mr. LangHer Majesty's Government keep under constant review export controls on dual-use goods. These are mainly based on agreements reached with other member states of the European Union and partners in international export control forums. In addition, some controls are maintained by Her Majesty's Government on a unilateral basis to reflect United Kingdom national security considerations and foreign policy requirements.
