§ The Attorney-GeneralAsil Nadir is the co-accused of Elizabeth Forsyth who is presently standing trial at the Central Criminal court. He has however left the jurisdiction and is the subject of an unexecuted warrant for his arrest. I have discussed the case from time to time with my officials and the director of the Serious Fraud Office.
