§ Mr. MaloneThe cognitive function and aging study is a large, multi-centre study of the prevalence, incidence and natural history of declining cognitive function and dementia in old age. The Department has contributed £100,000 per year over seven years. In addition to the financial support, the Department has a presence on the project's steering group.
