§ Mr. RichardsThe ex-chairman and ex-chief executive resigned voluntarily. The chairman did not receive a financial settlement. Any financial settlement agreed following the resignation of the chief executive is a matter for the trust and the individual concerned. The Department was consulted on the terms agreed between the trust and the ex-chief executive. The details are confidential but open to audit.
