§ Mr. Robert B. JonesThe implementation of the Act was discussed by the Central and Local Government Environment Forum on 6 December. The local authority associations were represented on the working group established to consider guidance on the Act. Guidance for England will be issued very shortly; all English district and metropolitan authorities, and many other interested bodies, had the opportunity to comment on a draft.
