To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment how many people aged between 16 and 18 years in(a) Coventry and (b) the west midlands are in full-time education; and if she will give the figure (i) in real terms and (ii) a percentage of the total number of 16 to 18-year-olds in (a) and (b).
