The information requested is not yet available. Data on rents determined by rent officers since 2 January, including local reference rents, will be published in the Department's regular publication, "Rent Officer Statistics", which is available on a quarterly basis. I will arrange for the next edition of the bulletin, covering the first quarter of 1996, to be sent to the hon. Member as soon as it is available.
