- (d) the statutory provisions for open government do not apply.
- (e) a system of performance indicators is currently the subject of discussion and should be implemented soon.
- (f) is encouraged to follow the principles of the citizen's charter.
Northern Lights Board—NLB:
- (a) is subject to investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner.
- (b) 1is subject to scrutiny by the Audit Commission.
