§ Mr. ArbuthnotAs explained in the "Preliminary Information Memorandum", a copy of which was placed in the Library, the terms of the sale will include
a government backed minimum cashflow in the form of a Guaranteed Payment providing a floor to rental income from the portfolio".The guaranteed payment will be set by reference to the rent on the minimum number of properties MOD expects to occupy.
