§ Sir John WheelerThe recent terrorist incidents in London, where three people lost their lives and scores of246W people have been injured, is a stark reminder of what terrorists are capable of.
During the ceasefire period, terrorist organisations continued to engage in various criminal activities such as murder, punishment beatings, robberies and racketeering. They also continued to train and to target individuals and installations.
The police have a good clear-up rate for terrorist crime and will make arrests whenever possible.
