133WThe Government require a compliance cost assessment to accompany all statutory instruments that have an impact on business, charities and voluntary organisations when they are presented to Parliament. The only circumstances in which a compliance cost assessment is not required would be if the statutory instrument has no adverse impact on business, charities and voluntary organisations. I do not believe there is any necessity to state this in each case.
