To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, pursuant to her answer of Thursday 15 FebruaryOfficial Report, column 683, concerning tenders for management of phase 1 of the voucher scheme for early years education, if she will name the two unsuccessful tenderers, and by what amount each tender was above or below that of the successful tender.
