§ Mr. HagueIn relation to the loss of the Cardiff bay site of special scientific interest, the European Commission has accepted that the proposed Uskmouth-Goldcliff nature reserve will provide measures, which in addition to management plans for 31 estuaries in the United Kingdom, meet the requirements of article 6(4) of directive 79/0409/EEC on the protection of birds.

§ Mr. HagueThe Land Authority for Wales will secure any management agreements in accordance with the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 1964, and such agreements will be registered and binding on the present owners and successors in title.
