What increase in the social security benefit hill they are expecting as a result of redundancies in the Department of Social Security and whether this cost has been allowed for in estimates of efficiency savings to be made by changes in the administration of the department.

The Department of Social Security has no plans. at present, to make any staff redundant as a consequence of efficiency savings to he made by changes in the administration of the department.
