§ Mr. NorrisThe orange badge scheme does not apply to the City of London, the city of Westminster, the royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea and part of the London borough of Camden. Each of these authorities, however, operates its own independent concessionary scheme for disabled people who live or work in the area and offers limited concessions in relation to designated parking and meter parking to orange badge holders generally.
