§ Mr. ClappisonThe Director General of Water Services, when he set new price limits for the industry in July 1994, made provision of more than £1 billion for662W the upgrading of over 2,400 combined sewer overflows in England and Wales under the urban waste water treatment directive. The details of the programme of works are matters for the companies and the local offices of the National Rivers Authority.
