HC Deb 15 February 1996 vol 271 c694W
Mr. Kirkwood

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many written parliamentary questions were passed for answer to executive agencies and non-governmental departments in each of the last five years; and if he will make a statement. [14983]

Sir John Wheeler

The information requested on the number of written parliamentary questions passed for answer to executive agencies and non-governmental departments is a matter of public record but it could be extracted in the form requested only at disproportionate cost.

Parliamentary questions are passed to the head of an executive agency for reply when the matter is one delegated to him or her under the agency framework document.
