To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, pursuant to his answer of 1 February,Official Report, column 893, if the £500,000 for the out-of-school care initiative in 1996–97 is additional to the budgets announced in December 1995 for Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
