§ Mr. KirkhopeThe Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995, which came into effect on 6 August 1995, relaxed restrictions on the opening hours of licensed premises on Sundays and Good Friday. Since then we have received 14 letters on the subject of Sunday hours, two of which were in favour of this relaxation.
