§ Mr. ClappisonI have today placed in the Library of the House details of the distribution of environmental action fund for 1996–97: 126 grants in 1996–97 totalling more than £4 million will be made available. Matching funding requirements will ensure that as much again from private sources is channelled into environmental action. I am also increasing the amount ring-fenced for small community projects to £300,000.
