§ Mr. BowisMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State appointed two of the current non-executive directors of Cornwall Healthcare national health service trust on 1 November 1995. His predecessor appointed the current chairman on 7 March 1994. Mrs. Kirby-Harris was appointed by his predecessor on 1 April 1993 after consideration of the candidates recommended by the regional health authority chairman.
