Mr. David Nicholson

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish(a) the proposed or actual total external support in 1994–95, 1995–96 and 1996–97 and (b) the proposed or actual spending limit, taking into account the revision of Somerset's spending limit during 1995–96 for each of the seven counties of the south-west plus Kent, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire.
