§ Mr. ClappisonThe limit on rent rebate subsidy formed part of the 1996–97 housing revenue account subsidy determination which was issued on 22 December 1995. Authorities which keep their rent increases within the guideline increase will be unaffected, as will authorities which keep their rents below the guideline rent for 1996–97.
