Mr. Donohoe

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if she will list for her Department (a) how many people in total are employed, (b) how many of the total number of staff are (i) male and (ii) female and (c) how many (I) men and (II) women are employed on a (1) full-time and (2) part-time basis. Mr. Robin Squire

There are 5,022 people employed in the Department, including those employed in Government Offices. The numbers of male and female staff working full-time or part-time hours are shown in the table.
