To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment (1) which local education authorities in the current year are budgeted to spend at or below the education standard spending assessment level; [9186]

(2) if she will list the local education authorities that have budgeted to spend over their education standard spending assessment level in the current financial year, indicating the percentage of excess expenditure planned in each case. [9185]
