The Secretary of State for Education and Employment has asked me to write to you about your request that the Employment Service's existing guidance covering vacancies for employment as a model, in a sauna bath, a massage parlour, an escort agency or a kissogram agency be placed in the Library. This falls within my responsibility as Chief Executive of the Agency.The information requested is contained in the Guide to Job Broking volume 1 and I am arranging for a copy to be placed in the Library. The relevant instructions are contained in chapter 3, paragraphs 186 to 202.486WIn the light of recent events the Secretary of State has asked for this present guidance to be reviewed.
