Robertson[holding answer 16 December 1996]The operational evaluation of the pilot year voucher schemes which I have commissioned from a research team at Stirling university will look, amongst other things, at the impact on providers, including the four piloting authorities, of introducing the voucher system. This research will be published following submission of the research team's final report in early autumn 1997.
