§ Mr. HanleyThe Sino-British joint liaison group has discussed a large number of contracts and franchises which will straddle the transition. These include contracts on infrastructure development such as for the new airport, and the provision of power and transport services. I will write to the hon. Member with a full list of the contracts, and, where known, the dates of their award, the name of the successful contractors, and the value of each contract. A copy of the letter will be placed in the Libraries of the House.
