§ Mr. Jonathan EvansMy right hon. Friend, established the Sea Empress environmental evaluation committee—SEEEC—to assess the environmental effects of the Sea Empress oil spill. Dr. Dyrynda's report, along with a number of others, is being considered by SEEEC whose final report is expected next year.
