§ Mr. HagueOutturn figures for NHS expenditure in 1995–96 are in the appropriation account for Wales; and the summarised accounts of district health authorities, family health service authorities, the Welsh Health Common Services Authority, the Health Promotion Authority for Wales and NHS trusts in Wales. It is the 447W responsibility of the Comptroller and Auditor General to lay copies of these accounts before both Houses of Parliament.
