Whether the military relations between the Government of Turkey and the Government of Bosnia, or members of the Government of Bosnia, including those connected with the US "Equip and Train" process, are fully transparent to other 98WA governments in Europe, as required by several of the organisations of which both the United Kingdom and Turkey are members.
§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyMilitary relations between Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina are a matter for the countries concerned. Assistance provided under the train and equip programme must be consistent with the regional stabilisation provisions (Annex 1 B) of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
