§ Mr. StreeterThe application for rights of audience for employed solicitors in the higher courts is still being considered by the Lord Chancellor and the designated judges, in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990. They hope to be in a position to make an announcement in the new year.
