(2) if he will list for (i) the period of the study and (ii) the number of offenders convicted for (a) a first offence, (b) a second offence, (c) a third offence and (d) a fourth or subsequent offence of trafficking in class A drugs, and, against each category for each month, (1) the number who received a custodial sentence and (2) the average length of sentence given to those sentenced to custody.
