§ Mr. MaloneData on the number of general dental service dentists were collected by family health services authority before 1 April 1996 and by health authority thereafter. The data at 30 September 1992 and 30 September 1996 are set out in tables 1 and 2.
Boundary changes have taken place and even where the authorities have the same name the authority areas may not be identical.
