When they intend to publish the full results of the British Crime Survey 1994, which asked all ethnic groups whether they believed there was a racial element in incidents directed against them.

The main findings from the 1994 British Crime Survey (BCS) on racially motivated incidents were published by the Home Office inTaking Steps: Multi agency responses to racial attacks and harassment. The Third Report of the Inter Departmental Racial Attacks Groups. There is no intention to publish the 1994 BCS findings in this respect in any greater detail.
