§ Mr. BowisOn 6 December, the High Court ordered a stay on the introduction of the daytime noise limit of 94 dBA Lmax and the night-time noise limit of 87 dBA Lmax at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports until the determination of an application by the International Association for judicial review of the decision announced by my noble Friend on 28 August. The decision to improve monitoring efficiency by resiting some of the existing monitors and adding new monitors and other matters in the announcement of 28 August are unaffected.
