The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of Defence (Earl Howe)Although we are in touch with the French authorities on various aspects of Gulf health issues, we have not discussed any joint research proposals. The French authorities have advised that none of their Gulf veterans has claimed to be suffering from Gulf War Syndrome.
