§ Mr. Andrew MitchellWe regularly receive representations from a wide variety of sources. While many continue to involve cases in which the standard of service is still not as good as we would like, they reveal a growing acceptance that child support is a permanent feature of British life and that the agency is showing continuing improvements in performance.
