§ Mr. ClappisonEnvironmental impact assessment—EIA—of the decommissioning of nuclear power stations will be a new requirement, included in the proposed directive to amend EC directive 85/337/EEC—"the EIA directive". The Government are considering how this and other new requirements should be implemented.
