§ Mr. JackI refer the hon. Member to my reply of 8 July 1996,Official Report, column 36, to the hon. Member for Cunninghame North (Mr. Wilson). That reply shows cumulative proceeds from 1979–80 to 1995–96 of £83.86 billion in 1996–97 prices. Estimated proceeds for 1996–97 are £4.5 billion.
