§ Mr. MossThe responsibility for implementing transport schemes in Northern Ireland lies with the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company and its operating subsidiaries Ulsterbus, Citybus and Northern Ireland Railways. I understand from the chairman of the NITHC that no private finance initiative schemes have been used to date but that three are being progressed.
